Although all portable toilets may seem virtually the same, we strive to set ourselves apart by providing extraordinary service. You can count on us to show up when we say we will, with the type of portable toilet you have ordered. In fact, we even guarantee the cleanliness each week.

While our rental toilets are versatile enough to be placed just about anywhere we do have some recommendations as to where you should place them:

  • In a well lit area
  • On level, stable ground
  • A safe distance from where people are gathering
  • In an area readily accessible by our servicing trucks for easy waste removal

Although we offer rapid delivery whenever we can, it is highly advisable that you make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. If you know that you will need a rentals sooner, you should not hesitate to request a delivery.

No, we understand that every clients' needs are different. You may need a portable toilets for just one day or you may need one for weeks. We can schedule a portable toilets to arrive on-site and stay for as long as you need it and your account is in good standing.

Absolutely! All of our portable toilets are completely sanitized, cleaned and stocked with toilet paper before they are brought to your site. We are dedicated to providing you with portable toilets that are sanitary for your guests or employees.

Depending on the length of your rental and your circumstance, we typically service the portable toilets once a week. This will involve sanitation, cleaning, and restocking of all the supplies.

You can use our planning table or we will assist you in determining how many units are needed for your project. The number of units required will be determined by the size of your site, how many people you need to provide service for, and any regulations you need to adhere to. For large events, we have a great deal of experience in estimating the appropriate number of units for your expected attendance. For construction sites, we will help you meet the guidelines set by OSHA and any local regulations.

If you require a wheelchair accessible portable toilet, we have appropriate units available. Simply let us know your needs when making your reservation, and we will provide a wheelchair accessible portable toilet that is sanitary, safe and ready to use.

Our porta potty units utilize detergent water, which works as both a sanitizer and deodorizer. Detergent water helps control odor in-between service, and as part of our regular service all odor is eliminated by waste removal and detailed cleaning. You can be sure that your workers or guests will be provided with access to clean and comfortable facility.

Under section 4.1.2(6) of the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), at least five percent of single user portable toilets clustered at a single location must be accessible. - Does not apply to construction job sites -

If your event requires portable restrooms, you have to consider ADA regulations when ordering your portable restrooms. It is recommended that you provide 1 wheelchair accessible portable restroom for every 10 regular portable restrooms required. These restrooms also shouldn’t be placed anywhere that requires the users to step up on a curb or any other in-accessible location.

Modern portable toilets are made of strong, lightweight plastics. They typically have a white translucent roof to allow plenty of natural light, non-slip rubber flooring for stable footing, and a well-engineered ventilation system that quickly channels odors out of the unit.

Three primary types of chemicals are used in portable toiletes to help break down waste and inhibit odors:

  1. Blue dye is included to help hide the waste from view.
  2. Fragrant chemicals are included to help inhibit odors.
  3. Biocides are included to kill bacteria and breakdown the waste

OSHA regulates the requirements that employers must adhere to. When considering stations for special events and other rentals the use of hand washing stations may be optional.

  1. Employers are mandated by OSHA to provide adequate washing facilities for employees working with paints, coating, herbicides, insecticides, or other harmful contaminants. The hand wash stations must be accessible and close enough to the worksite.
  2. Special Events: While it isn’t required that you rent hand washing sinks for your event attendees, it is something you should strongly consider. It adds an additonal level of comfort for attendees and most attendees expect it. We have several sizes to choose from.
